Our pasties have a fabric backing to them that should be firm enough to handle various methods of attachment.

There are a few options to apply.

1 Eyelash glue is made for the skin and is pretty secure if you let it dry well enough.
2 double sided tape, such as Fashion Tape. I ve used packing tape I had at home!
3 toupee tape as the best option, and it s pretty secure!
